With 35 years of experience, Toby’s sector experience is within all lines of Property and associated classes, covering worldwide locations. Away from work, Toby is involved in yacht racing and is a keen skier and avid barbecuer.

As Partner, Maria Rogers has seven years of experience, with specialist classes including Property and Casualty. Maria’s sector experience lies in Commercial, Homeowners, Lessors Risk, Strata, Agriculture and Parametrics, covering locations across the US and Australia.

As a Partner, Lucy Moore’s specialist class is Delegated Authority. As part of the Delegated Risk Solutions team, Lucy has six years of experience. Away from work, Lucy enjoys skiing and was previously a Chalet Girl.

As Delegated Risk Solutions Partner, Matthew Webb’s specialist classes include Marine and Energy and Engineering. With 30 years of industry experience, Matt’s sector experience lies in Binding Authorities and Treaty Reinsurance, covering locations including the UK, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

As a Delegated Risk Solutions Senior Associate, Eshani Reddy’s specialist classes include Property, Casualty and Financial Lines. With four years of experience, Eshani’s sector experience lies in Casualty, covering locations worldwide. Eshani was born in India and grew up there until the age of 15.

As an Associate in the Delegated Risk Solutions division, Jamie Baker sources and places capacity for new and emerging MGAs for eXponential, in addition to showcasing the solutions on offer.

Before joining the Aventum family, Jamie worked for Guy Carpenter in 2019 and at Miller from 2020. Both roles were as a Binding Authority Technician, with exposure to contingency, accident and health, marine and North American property.

Away from work, Jamie is an avid squash player and a season ticket holder for Arsenal. He is also a big F1 and motorsport fan and enjoys skiing - even having worked in Val D’Isere for a season back in 2018.
